What is Slife?

Slife is a software application that keeps track of your computer time and activities automatically.

Why would I need Slife?

If you fill out timesheets for your job, bill clients for work that you do, or are trying to understand where you spend your computer time (e.g. in order to become more productive), Slife is the perfect tool for you.

How does Slife work?

Slife automatically observes how and when you use applications such as Mail, Safari and Photoshop. Its keeps track of documents you open, web pages you visit and more. You can see visualizations of how much time you've spent performing tasks at the computer by bringing up Slife at any time.

Does Slife have to be running at all times?

Yes, Slife is pretty unique in that it observes what you do in real time, so it needs to be running at all times in order to see which applications you are using and how you are using them.

Does Slife put my privacy at risk?

No. Slife is a client application that you install and run in your personal computer. It doesn't send any data to us or anyone else. Also, Slife offers complete control over which applications get tracked and even lets you pause application tracking altogether.

Can I use Slife with on multiple computers?

Yes. Slife Teams allows you to aggregate activities from multiple Slife clients. It's designed as a communications and analytics tool for companies and workgroups.

How much does Slife cost?

Slife is completely free.

How does Slife Labs make money?

We are developing additional products that either add value to Slife or are based on Slife technology. An example of such a product is Slife Teams. We plan to charge for some of these future products.
